In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a critical role in managing the foreclosure process from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionals to ensure compliance with foreclosure laws while delivering outstanding legal service.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a meaningful impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Handle all aspects of the foreclosure process from initiation through resolution* Ensure full compliance with applicable New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania foreclosure laws and procedures* Draft, review, and manage legal documents and filings with precision* Collaborate with legal teams, clients, courts, and third-party vendors* Oversee case timelines and manage competing priorities effectively* Provide expert guidance on foreclosure strategy and best practices*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school* Active license to practice law in the state of *New Jersey* (required)* Active license to practice law in the state of *New York and/or Pennsylvania *(preferred)* Minimum *five years of experience* in foreclosure law or related legal fields* Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure statutes and court procedures* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* High level of accuracy and attention to detail* Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple files simultaneously* Proficiency with foreclosure platforms and legal software, including:* *Provantage** *CaseMax** *LexisNexis**Key Attributes:** Analytical thinker and problem solver* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative legal environment* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume practiceIf you are a passionate foreclosure professional ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic and expanding legal team, we encourage you to apply.
