The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing outdoor spaces. This role requires an individual who can build decks, gazebos and fences, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.*Responsibilities** Team lead to build decks, fences and gazebos.* Develop and implement effective construction schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.* Purchase of materials for exterior carpentry projects.* Monitor the quality of work performed by team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.* Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for ongoing projects.* Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.*Experience** Proven experience in deck building is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.* Strong background in the construction industry.* Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with team members and clients alike.* Knowledge of best practices in carpentry.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.*Necessary Skills** Excellent carpentry skills.* The ability to drive a truck and trailer and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
