This role requires adaptability across all Bluepoint venues, deep knowledge of our beverage program"”from classic cocktails to curated wine and spirits"”and the ability to read the room and connect with a diverse clientele. You'll be expected to elevate the guest experience through precision, personality, and professionalism.*Key Responsibilities:** Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with expert technique and presentation* Maintain deep knowledge of Bluepoint's beverage offerings, including seasonal menus, wine lists, and specialty spirits* Engage guests with warmth and confidence, tailoring service to match the tone and energy of each venue* Adapt seamlessly to different venue environments, from intimate lounges to high-volume service settings* Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service* Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately* Participate in tastings, trainings, and menu development discussions*Qualifications:** Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in upscale or high-volume environments* Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage pairings* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of clientele* Professional appearance and demeanor* Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays* TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferredJob Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $12.50 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 40 per weekAbility to Commute:* Easton, MD 21601 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Easton, MD 21601: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
