We're looking for a driven *Mechanical Construction HVAC Superintendent* to join our team and help lead field operations on complex builds. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems, experience managing field crews, and are ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.*What You'll Do** Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites.* Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.* Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans.* Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors.* Solve field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.* Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.*What We're Looking For** *5+ years* of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles).* Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.* Solid understanding of *hydronic and duct systems*.* Strong scheduling and job coordination skills.* Experience with project management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk).* Excellent communication and leadership skills.*Nice to Have** OSHA 30 Certification* Valid Driver's License* Bilingual (a plus but not required)*Benefits** 401(k) with company match* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off (PTO)* Career advancement opportunities* A supportive, family-oriented team culture*Why Join Us?*At Paulson Cheek Mechanical, we don't just build HVAC systems"”we build careers.
