This role is key in developing accurate budgets, cost estimates, and proposals for large-scale industrial, oil & gas, and railroad projects.*What You'll Do** Review drawings, plans, and specifications to determine scope and cost.* Prepare detailed take-offs, cost breakdowns, and proposals.* Identify project risks and opportunities to strengthen bids.* Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field teams.* Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.* Present estimates and support smooth handoff to operations.*What We're Looking For** 3-7 years of estimating or project management experience.* Experience with industrial, fabrication, or EPC projects preferred.* Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.* Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.* Some travel may be required.*Compensation*80K-120K based on experience and qualifications, plus excellent opportunities for long-term growth with a respected and forward-thinking company.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
