*Responsibilities:*Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.* Conduct legal research* Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs* Assist with case management and preparation for litigation* Knowledge of litigation and civil procedure is a plus* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers* Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients* Perform legal administrative tasks as needed*Required Experience:** *Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school** *Spanish speaking - REQUIRED** *Admitted to practice law in California** Excellent legal research and writing abilities* Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis* Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clientsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
