Responsibilities Patient Assessment: Routinely assesses patient conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and overall status.  Care Planning: Develops, implements, and updates patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.  Medication Administration: Prepares, administers, and documents medications, including IV drugs.  Procedures: Performs clinical tasks like starting IVs, inserting catheters, and changing surgical dressings.  Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse working on a MedSurg unit within the last 2 years.
