The ideal candidate will be able to manage the construction engineering side of the business and willing to learn about constructability under the direct supervision of the firm's principal engineer./*/*Duties:/*/*- Design and analyze bridge structures for structural lifting operations (SLO), support of excavation (SOE), and crane pick plans, including development of Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) schemes.- Conduct technical writing for reports, proposals, and project documentation.- Utilize tools like Microstation, AASHTOware, STAAD, & Microstation/AutoCAD- Manage & Mentor junior staff members./*/*Requirements:/*/*- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.- Professional Engineer (PE) license but will consider a candidate with their EIT that is confident enough to rise to the challenge given the opportunity.- 5 -years experience in the field of design; bridge design preferred (AASHTO).- Proficiency in finite element modelling.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceEducation:* Bachelor's (Required)License/Certification:* Professional Engineer license (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Lebanon, NJ (Required)Work Location: In person
