We're looking for people with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to come join the Green Collar team!Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Green Collar is seeking an experienced Lead Heat Pump installer to help grow our HVAC operations.*This job position includes but is not limited to:*-Installing ductless mini-split evaporators and condensers-Installing ducted heat pump systems-Ordering and monitoring inventory for projects-Managing 1-2 technicians daily, including training at times*This position requires the following:*-2-5 years minimum installing heat pumps-Valid driver's license or reliable transportation-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening-S-1 or S-2 licensure in the state of ConnecticutWages dependent on _relevant _experience, work ethic, and reliability. *We reward people based on the effort they put out, period.
