We are looking to hire a Full-time Associate with 2-6 years of experience in immigration. Our established firm in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a motivated professional with a strong commitment to client service and a passion for immigration law. This role is in-office, 5 days a week.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Responsibilities:* Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies.* Conduct client consultations and prepare case strategies.* Draft motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents.* Attend hearings, interviews, and court appearances as required.* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.* Collaborate with legal assistants and office staff to ensure efficient case management.Qualifications:* Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in any U.S. Jurisdiction (Nevada license preferred).* 2-6 years of experience in immigration law.* Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.What We Offer:* Competitive salary based on experience. $100,000 - $150,000/yr* Supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.* Benefits package available after probationary period.
