We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our expanding team.*Position Overview*The Experienced HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to performing high-quality work.*Responsibilities** Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, and ventilation equipment* Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups* Install HVAC equipment, components, and controls (as applicable)* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues* Document work performed and communicate professionally with customers and team members* Follow safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices* Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment* Participate in on-call rotation*Qualifications** *3+ years of HVAC field experience* (service and/or installation)* EPA Universal Certification required* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical fundamentals* Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, attics, outdoors, etc.)*Preferred Qualifications** Experience with commercial systems or HVAC controls* Advanced troubleshooting skills*Benefits** Competitive pay based on experience* 100% paid Employee Health Insurance* Paid holidays and PTO* Retirement plan options* Company vehicle and tools* Ongoing training and career development opportunities'Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Company truck* Health insurance* Paid time off* Tools providedWork Location: On the road
