Pay: $38,000-$42,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Location: Paramus, NJ General Manager - Entertainment Venue A fast-paced entertainment venue in Paramus is looking for a full-time General Manager.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityThis role fits someone who enjoys leading people, staying organized, and creating a smooth and fun guest experience.There is plenty of room for growth for the right person.You do not need experience in this specific type of entertainment.You only need strong leadership skills and the ability to keep guests safe, engaged, and well cared for.What You'll Do • Guest Safety Make sure all safety procedures are followed and the environment stays controlled and welcoming.• Customer Experience Greet guests, manage bookings, answer questions, and guide groups through their visit.• Marketing & Social Media Create and post regular content, support promotions, and help build local awareness through consistent online activity.• Team Leadership Train, coach, and support staff.Provide feedback to instructors/hosts and maintain a positive work culture.• Operations Management Handle scheduling, payroll, daily checklists, opening/closing duties, and general problem-solving.• Facility Standards Keep the venue clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.• Inventory & Purchasing Monitor supplies and handle basic purchasing as needed.• Cash Control Follow set procedures, check accuracy, and maintain accountability.• Community Engagement Connect with local businesses, schools, and organizations to build partnerships and increase visibility.Hours Minimum 40 hours per week.Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong leadership skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Basic marketing and social media knowledge Solid communication and customer service skills Ability to be hands-on and active during shifts Day and night shift availability Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training How to Apply Please send your resume and a short note about why you're interested in the role and any experience you have with customer service, leadership, or marketing.
