Qualifications include:* 7-15 years of experience litigating business (including commercial and shareholder/LLC member disputes) and/or real estate related cases (including fraud, breach of contract, construction, trespass, nuisance, and environmental).* Ability to competently drive litigation cases forward while delegating and efficiently utilizing the support of paralegals and legal assistants.* Must be an Oregon State Bar member in good standing.
