Salary commensurate with education and experience.*Job Description: *A community-based marketing specialist focused on education to community residents on services offered at Alzheimer's Research and Treatment Center through community involvement, events and physician outreach. He/she should be target oriented and should be able to develop innovative strategies that will help in achieving the organization's goals and objectives.Marketing Specialist will work within the Marketing and Recruitment Department of Alzheimer's Research and Treatment Center, reporting to the Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:*Campaign Execution:*Implementing and managing field marketing campaigns, including physician offices, 55+ communities and area events and event staffing.*Community Engagement:*Interacting directly with community residents and organizations to explain services offered, answer questions, and build relationships.*Lead Generation:*Collecting potential patient contact information and other relevant data to identify potential recruitment leads.*Market Research:*Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies.*Relationship Building:*Developing rapport with physicians, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance brand presence and support community education.*Event Management:*Organizing and participating in Health Fairs, conferences, presentations and other events to promote the brand and engage with potential patients or community organizations.*Promotional Material Distribution:*Distributing brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to target audiences.*Product Demonstrations:*Showcasing services to potential patients at events and through public speaking engagements and presentations.*Recruitment Support:*Assisting the recruitment team by generating leads, providing information on services offered, and potentially scheduling in office appointments.*Regional Strategy Development:*Create and implement marketing plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of a designated region or territory.*Campaign Planning & Execution:*Plan, launch, and manage various marketing campaigns, including local events and health fairs.*Recruitment & Cross-Functional Collaboration:*Report to Marketing Manager to ensure marketing efforts support recruitment targets and lead generation and collaborate with corporate marketing and recruitment teams to align strategies and messaging.*Performance Analysis & Reporting:*Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all field marketing activities and campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results and ROI.*Ideal Candidate*Skills Required:* Event Handling Experience - Ability to work to plan, execute and follow up with post event executions* Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel* Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis*Key Requirements** Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.* 1-2 years of experience in Field Marketing, regional marketing, or related roles* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
