We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Control Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products consistently exceed industry standards and customer expectations. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards. Your leadership will drive compliance across all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement objectives. This position will lead organization-wide quality initiatives, oversee internal and external audits, and champion a culture of quality excellence. Your expertise will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and performance of our pneumatic products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental Management Systems (EMS): Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 and 14001-certified QMS/EMS. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Develop and update quality and environmental policies, procedures, and documentation. Audits & Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits and certifications. Address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Process & Product Quality: Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics. Implement root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product conformity. Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor the quality team. Provide training on quality and environmental standards and best practices to staff. Customer & Supplier Quality: Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 standards and certification processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
