The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands on experience with data processing and dashboarding, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support both product decisions and business operations. You will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision making across the organization.*Responsibilities**1. Data Collection and Management** Maintain and enhance data pipelines and data tracking specifications* Work with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency* Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation for analysis*2. Reporting and Visualization** Build dashboards and automated reports for product performance, game operations, and business KPIs* Create clear visualizations to communicate trends and insights* Monitor data quality and ensure correct metric definitions*3. Product and Business Insights** Analyze player behavior, funnel metrics, retention performance, revenue impact, and operational patterns* Provide insights to product managers to support feature iteration and prioritization* Support A B testing design, execution, and evaluation*4. Cross Team Collaboration** Partner with product, engineering, game operations, and management teams* Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership to support decision making* Assist in preparing weekly and monthly business reviews*5.
