As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards.About the Job:In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for preparing all food items according to recipe specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.Responsibilities:Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.Follow recipes and presentation specifications.Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.Restock items as needed throughout the shift.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
