IATSE National Benefit Funds are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with expertise in analyzing business requirements and generating comprehensive manual test cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and develop detailed, end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Key Responsibilities:* Review and comprehend business requirements and user stories captured in Jira* Apply best practices in test case decomposition to derive detailed manual test cases* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements* Develop clear, well-documented test cases covering various conditions and edge cases* Maintain traceability between test cases and corresponding requirements* Communicate test case updates, defects, and testing progress to relevant teams* Provide guidance and mentorship on effective test case development techniques* Participate in the existing QA program and processes* Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to optimize the QA programQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field* Minimum 3 years of experience in test case development and requirements analysis* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira (or similar tools)* Knowledge of software testing xijylhu principles and practices* Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: From $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceAbility to Relocate:* New York, NY 10016: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10016
