We are a rapidly expanding organization offering our clients complete end-to-end supply chain solutions including Air/Ocean logistics, consolidations, warehousing, Customs brokerage & domestic trucking services.We are excited to announce that we are looking for Import/Export Clerks in our Operations Department for the South San Francisco office.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage import air and ocean shipments from origin to destinationCommunicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specificationsHandle high-volume phone communication with customers and vendorsPerform accurate data entry into internal logistics systemsProvide cost-effective logistics solutions and identify areas for improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendorsQualifications:Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitudeProficient in Microsoft Excel xijylhu and other basic computer skillsPrevious experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksWe offer:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage401k with matchNice working environment atmosphere
