The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional legal solutions to clients facing financial distress.*Duties** Represent clients in bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7, and 13 filings, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations* Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis to support case strategies and legal arguments* Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and pleadings with precision and clarity* Maintain detailed case files and documentation in the law office management system* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and effective case management* Participate in client consultations, court proceedings, and hearings as required*Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing* Proven experience practicing bankruptcy law with a strong understanding of federal bankruptcy code* Familiarity with a broad range of legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, litigation, patent law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, and securities law is highly desirable* Demonstrated proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw* Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and administrative documentation* Prior experience working in a law office environment with familiarity in legal research and case management systemsThis role requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining the highest ethical standards. xijylhu The successful candidate will be proactive in staying informed about evolving laws relevant to bankruptcy practice and related fields.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
