We are looking for an associate attorney who is a great team member and is ready to take on some exciting challenges.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Responsibilities:* Draft pleadings and review responses to discovery requests* Provide litigation support to managing attorney* Manage paralegal workflow and supervise task completion* Negotiate with insurance carriers* Conduct legal research* Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and developmentQualifications:* Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school or completion of Rule 6 Intern program (or equivalent)* Admitted to practice law in Washington (or able to become admitted)* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Prior experience in personal injury preferred but not necessaryThis position has competitive pay, and attorneys with a wealth of experience are encouraged to apply, as the pay range may be adjusted for candidates with greater than 10 years experience. xijylhu The position offers health insurance, 401K (plus matching), paid time off.
