Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull job descriptionIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap. Withyou Coaches, Inc. is hiring phlebotomists, EMTs, medical assistants, dental assistants, hygienists, pre-med students, and other qualified candidates to conduct in home, in person patient surveys. Assessments are available in every county of New York State. We are openly interviewing for Qualified Candidates out of the following Counties. These include Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Chenango, Herkimer, Cayuga & Tompkins Counties. SCOPE OF WORK:You will be conducting a survey and gathering information on behalf of a medical provider. You will be expected to be onsite and in patients home, and in- person to conduct a 30 minute survey. Screenings consist of or all three of the following: dental screening, hearing screening, and/or vision screening.Techs will be given access to appointment manager software that will provide patient information to assist in scheduling patients. Techs will be responsible for coordinating patient visits. We will work with our assessors to facilitate proper time management, by assuring that we keep them within their selected counties. Fee for service. At Withyou Coaches, Inc. you are an independent contractor and will receive a 1099.
