Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis posting is for an Pre-Op and PACU Nurse at private practice ambulatory surgical centers. Among the benefits of working in such an environment are:No callNo nightsNo holidaysNo weekends We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work Contingent as a nurse at our ASC locations. The nurse will be responsible for the assisting in pre and post-op care and some administrative duties. This position is primarily scheduled at our Westland ASC location, but will involve occasional (less than 5%) travel to our Warren site; all qualified applicants will be able to work at both locations.Responsibilities:Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patientsAssist in patient care at the ASC siteMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careMaintain accurate patient medical recordsProvide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersQualifications:Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields, especially in an ASC settingFamiliarity with medical software and equipmentAbility to build rapport with patients, providers, and othersStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionSynergy Health Partners is a healthcare management organization at the forefront of patient care.
