You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment as ordered of assigned patients.Responsibilities:To provide nursing care in accordance with the Client`s plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring Client`s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing careCoordinates total client care by conducting comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring client`s condition, health promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services and teaching and training activities.Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careEducate patients and family about health maintenance and disease preventionFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesMaintain accurate patient medical records, submit clinical and progress notes timely, and presents to clinical record reviewProvide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersParticipates in Client`s case conference and discharge planning processQualifications:Must xijylhu be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a registered or practical nurse in North CarolinaMinimum of one year experiencePrevious experience in nursing or other medical fieldsFamiliarity with medical software and equipmentAbility to build rapport with patientsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
