Because 'la vita í¨ bella'.  Job DutiesProvide hospitality to our Alimentari guestsCheck orders for accuracy and serve as liaison between guests, servers and back of house staffExpedite and deliver food to tables efficientlySupport servers and bartenders with front of house serviceAssist back of house team with organization and accuracy of ordersServe high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production kitchen departure timesFollow proper handling, preparation, and holding guidelines; assist in maintaining foods in sufficient qualities while minimizing over-production and wasteUnderstand and follow all policies and standard operating procedures for the back of houseWork in a clean, organized, and efficient mannerDemonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team membersAssist to meet performance goals set by the Managing Director of Culinary, Executive Chef, and Sous ChefEnsure safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machineryAttend daily briefings and safety meetingsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food industry settingsStrong customer service skillsPrevious experience working in a high end culinary environmentFlexible schedule; willing to work rotating schedule based on business needsExcellent organizational and communications skillsAbility to manage in a diverse environment with focus on product consistencyAbility to communicate as needed with team members and managersAbility to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentationAbility to move or handle product and supplies throughout the store and kitchenOUR CORE VALUESWe attribute much of our success to our Core Values "” both as a company and as individuals.
