Implement purification strategyfor medium-high throughput processing of carrier protein used for PCV-24 program.Collaborate with Upstream for sample process timing, and collaborate with Protein Analytical Developmentfor sample hand off.Organize, label, and track storage for multiple in-process samplesCarefully document laboratory execution in electronic lab notebook entriesExecute documented purification and analytical proceduresCompile and present experimental dataContribute to technical reports summarizing experimental dataParticipate in cross-functional project teams and provide regular progress updates.Requirements:BS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, with 4+years of industry experienceStrong protein purification knowledge and experience, including familiarity with AKTA lab-scale and preparative chromatography systems and UNICORN softwareExperience with good documentation practices and electronic lab notebooksAbility to work independently and in collaboration with othersStrong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pay Scale:$95,000 - $110,000 annuallyR&D Partners is a global functional service provider and strategic staffing resource specializing in scientific, clinical research & engineering.
