We are looking to add an experienced immigration attorney based in Denver but open to occasional travel to the DC area to handle in-person hearings. Our goal is to provide high quality representation to the immigrant community.*The Position*We are searching for a new attorney to handle a variety of immigration matters, including removal defense in the immigration court and cases before the USCIS.The ideal candidate will have:* Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law* Active admission to any state bar, with a preference for the Colorado bar or ability to waive inResponsibilities include:* Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines* Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders* Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law* Representing clients before immigration and state courts*Benefits*Each attorney has significant support from administrative staff and paralegals.
