We are currently hiring for day shift and night shift.Were looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is key to supporting safe, efficient operations by preparing, packaging, and moving raw and finished materials. Youll work directly with experienced operators and supervisors to ensure our processes run smoothly and our products meet the highest standards.What Youll Do:Load raw materials and ingredients into equipment, and operate forklifts to move material as neededAssist with setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers of production equipmentPackage finished products and transport to staging areas or warehousesComplete quality checks, labeling, and documentation accuratelySupport a safe, clean, and organized work environmentHandle chemicals and materials using proper PPE and safety protocolsIdentify equipment wear and communicate maintenance needsParticipate in cross-training and continuous improvement effortsMaintain detailed records for production and shift handoversPerform other duties as assigned by your supervisorWhat Were Looking For:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical environments preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyComfortable working around heat, noise, and chemical exposureMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk, climb stairs, and stand for long periodsForklift and pallet jack experience strongly preferredMust be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtimePhysical & Environmental Requirements:This position involves physical labor in an industrial environment.
