This role involves managing complex real estate title processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law, research skills, and proficiency in title processing. This position offers an opportunity to work within a professional law office environment, supporting property transactions and title clearance activities.*Duties** Conduct thorough research on property records, titles, and legal documents to verify ownership and encumbrances* Prepare and review title reports, abstracts, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness* Process title commitments, policies, and related legal documents in accordance with company standards* Utilize GIS tools to analyze property boundaries and geographic data relevant to title searches* Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions* Ensure compliance with real estate law and industry regulations throughout all processing activities* Assist in resolving title issues by conducting detailed investigations and collaborating with legal teams* Maintain organized records of all title documentation for audit purposes and future reference*Skills** Strong knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures related to property titles* Proven experience in research methods specific to property records and legal documentation* Proficiency in title processing software and familiarity with GIS technology for geographic analysis* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members* Experience working within a xijylhu law office or legal environment is preferred* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously* Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear summaries for stakeholdersThis position requires a dedicated professional committed to accuracy, compliance, and delivering superior service in a fast-paced legal setting.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.68 - $23.81 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
