Potential ownership opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:* Demonstrated leadership experience and successful teamwork.* Exemplary communication skills, including the verbal, written, and public presentation domains.* Significant Design and Project Management experience* Broad Technical Background in Civil Engineering; Transportation: Highway & Bridge; Hydraulics/Water Resources; or Water and Wastewater Engineering* Business development and client management experience* Municipal and/or CONNDOT design and construction administration experience* Excellent oral and written communications skillsResponsibilities will include:* Management of Design teams* General Management of Meriden Office* Provide Technical Expertise* Business Development* Client ManagementB.S. or M.S.
