The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and a strong understanding of Vermont-specific title, closing, and property laws. This role will involve managing closings, reviewing titles, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
