This role requires a deep understanding of automotive systems, exceptional diagnostic skills, and the ability to perform complex repairs on a variety of vehicles, and diesel engines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive dealership experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with advanced tools and technology. As a senior technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of vehicle repair and customer service, ensuring our clients receive expert service on all automotive needs.Tadd Jenkins Auto Group is a long-standing family owned and operated dealership. One of the Snake River area's most progressive, forward thinking, family and team oriented dealerships.*Requirements** Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.* Master Certifications are required.* ASE A1-A9 Certifications.* Valid driver's license/clean.* Own your own hand tools.* Good diagnostic skills.* On time and dependable.* Conduct repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other vehicle systems.* Mentor junior technicians by sharing expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and best practices.* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies while delivering exceptional customer service.* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components efficiently.* Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed for quality control and customer communication purposes.*Additional Skills** DealerTrack software are a plus. xijylhu * Total Customer Connect (TCC) software a plus.Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
