You'll use your legal training and people skills to build trust, explain options, and guide clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives.We are a multi-jurisdictional criminal defense firm headquartered in Los Angeles, seeking a full-time Attorney Case Manager who understands the value of providing empathetic and compassionate client-centric service to join our team. This is a remote position open to attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction.What You'll Do* Consultative Sales - Conduct legal intake consultations with potential clients (10-20 per day, all inbound inquiries)* Evaluate the facts of each case and determine alignment with firm criteria* Collaborate with our local attorneys and support staff to ensure client satisfaction* Guide potential clients through our process, helping them understand their options and the benefits of retaining our firm* Assist potential clients in locating and sourcing funds and completing retainer agreements* Maintain strong follow-up and relationships through the life-cycle of the caseWhat We're Looking For* Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (required), Texas, Florida, or California preferred but not required* Legal experience in criminal defense is preferred, but not required* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Naturally persuasive, empathetic, and confident when speaking with clients* Organized and able to manage multiple consultations per day.* Technologically proficient (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; Adobe)* Spanish fluency is a plusWork Environment & Schedule* Hybrid remote/in-person* Full-time, Monday through Friday, regular business hours* On-call rotation for after-hours emergency consultations (on an as need basis)Compensation & Benefits* Base salary: Starts at $72,000 per year (based on experience)* Performance-based discretionary monthly bonus* Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 30 days)* 401(k) retirement plan (eligible after 1 year)* Paid vacation and sick time* Employee assistance program* Paid training and ongoing professional developmentPlease submit a cover letter that details why you believe that you are a good fit for this role.
