This is a field-based role perfect for an RN who values autonomy, meaningful relationships, and delivering personalized, gold-standard care.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the highest quality of pediatric client care in the home settingDevelop and implement individualized pediatric care plansObtain and manage physician orders per state regulationsMonitor and report changes in client condition to physicians and the agency care teamSupervise and support home care staff, promoting excellence in clinical standardsEmpower pediatric clients to thrive safely and independently at homeQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent RN Case Management experience in home care with pediatric clientsA minimum of one year of current RN experience in a homecare setting with pediatric clientsProven skills in:Ventilator and tracheostomy managementG-tube/PEG tube careIV infusions and wound managementActive NJ RN license and current BLS certificationRecent physical exam (within 1 year) and PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)MMR immunizations (within 10 years)Driver's license preferredAuthorized to work in the United StatesWhy Choose Affirmed Home CareTop Pay:$150.00 per assessment $125.00 per aide supervision$55.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus - $500.00Referral BonusesWeekly Direct DepositFast Onboarding Flexible Scheduling OptionsAt Affirmed Home Care, we believe in supporting our nurses as much as they support their clients.
