With high expectations and a supportive community, we're preparing students to excel in high school, college, and beyond.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Position OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Recruitment and Enrollment Manager is to attract new families to Brilla and assist them in applying to our schools in order to meet student application and enrollment targets. The Enrollment Team members assist families in enrolling by helping them find their right Brilla school, answering questions, supporting them in completing an application, and giving families a great first experience. Additionally, the Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will cultivate strong and positive relationships with community-based organization partners, daycares, businesses, and the community we serve. The successful candidate will be a strong people person, as well as have the ability to work independently and expediently on project-based initiatives. They will have the drive and energy to thrive in a results-focused, no excuses, entrepreneurial environment. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will report to the Network Directors of Operations and collaborate with the Enrollment team, dedicated community partners - who are making a positive impact on the educational opportunities for underserved children. Recruitment and Enrollment Manager Core Competencies & Responsibilities:Meet or exceed application and enrollment target goalsWork closely with the Network Directors of Operations to design and execute purposeful and effective recruitment plans to meet or exceed application goalsLead engaging and informative school tours, open houses, information sessions, and events that maximize applicant enthusiasmAttend recruitment fairs and community events; prepare materials/staffing as neededUtilize promotional materials to attract new families; work with the Network Directors of Operations to help develop a strategic plan for marketing, including sourcing advertisement options, as neededCreate, update, and deliver robust presentations to prospective familiesAssist in coordinating and running the new student lottery in compliance with State lawSupport Operations Leaders, as needed, in the school's enrollment process in its entirety: Notify families we received their application with a personal email, or letter, and/or phone call; conduct regular and ongoing outreach to applicants and families; extend seat offers to parents once the lottery is complete and actively manage the waitlistAssist in providing the vision and strategic direction for student recruitment management, marketing, and communication with the Network Directors of OperationsDesign, implement, and monitor the student recruitment plan, including student recruitment targets, student recruitment objectives, tactics, and strategies Develop strategic community partnerships within Community School Districts 7, 8, 9, and 10 in addition to political leaders, as needed, to build mission-driven awarenessProcess and implement data management projects as neededMaintain and verify application data in SchoolMint, including tracking applications against goalsActively engage families during summer months, per plans created in coordination with the Superintendent and PrincipalsCollaborate with Community Relations Manager, Senior Director of Marketing and Engagement, and Director of Marketing Manage Hubspot and other engagement systems by contacting and cultivating leads Collaborate with Community Relations Manager to advise on enrollment related social media contentLead effective enrollment meetings for school-based Operations Staff QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years working experience in a customer service, sales, or admissions fieldFluency in Spanish RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong collection and analysis of dataAbility to organize and prioritize workStrong attention to detailExperience with admissions software or database ideal (i.e. Schoolmint and Hubspot), idealAbility to work late evenings and weekends, as neededFlexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned"‹Brilla provides equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 per year.
