The Program Coordinator shall insure daily operational compliance and excellence in service delivery at the program locations listed below.Winfred Canright House is a residential transitional housing program in Asbury Park that assists homeless adult males with compromised immune systems obtain financial self-sufficiency, safe housing and make healthy choices.Duties are including, but not limited to the following:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCase Management Facilitate psychosocial groups as required by the funderDocument groups and client caseload meetingsOrganize Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and our funder.Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant professional and accreditation standardsDevelop forms and records to document program activitiesOversee the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposesStaff Implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organizationReview staff performance on a regular basis in accordance with the organization's performance evaluation system.Engage volunteers/interns for appropriate program activities using established volunteer/intern management practicesEnsure that all program staff receive an appropriate orientation & training to the organization and the programsLead Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedbackCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the programLiaise with other coordinators, managers and supervisors to ensure effective and efficient program deliveryCoordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiencyRepresent Write reports on the program for management and for fundersEnsure reports and supporting documentation for funders are prepared as outlined in funding agreementsReport evaluation findings to the Director and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriateFinancial AccountabilityEnsure that the program operates within the approved budgetMonitor and approve all budgeted program expendituresProvide required information to have invoices generated and submitted to management according to the established timelinesOther duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
