Must have proven track record of meeting deadlines, safe and quality repairs, and ability to adapt and maintain multiple collision repairs in sequence. Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screening.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Disassembly of all makes and models of vehicles for blueprinting/mapping repair plans* Checking in and verifying all replacement parts involved in collision repairs are correct, undamaged, and ensuring that they meet quality inspection requirements* Repair of all vehicles according to approved estimates and OEM repair procedures* Repairing/replacing of all structural and non-structural components of all makes and models of automobiles* Re-assembly of vehicles after all paint work has been completed with attention to detail* Communicating with the Manager and Assistant Manager daily to ensure goals and deadlines are metQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS* Proven track record xijylhu of success in the collision repair industry* Tech/Trade school certificate* Flexible and focused on completing multiple tasks throughout a daily basis.* A sense of urgency in meeting deadlines* Must be able to work in an environment that is consistently fast paced and ever changingJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
