Operating independently, you will utilize Epic EMR software to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Your soft skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff will be vital to your success. This role offers a collaborative environment supported by a center manager, medical assistants, and a supervising physician, ensuring you have the resources needed to excel.Required Skills:Minimum 12 months of urgent care, emergency, or family medicine experienceBoard certification (BC or NCCPA) for Physician Assistants or Family Nurse Practitioner certificationValid BLS certificationProficiency in EPIC EMR system and minor procedural skills (I&D, Lac repair, ear irrigation)Ability to work independently as the sole provider in the centerStrong interpersonal skills and professionalism in patient interactionsNice to Have Skills:Experience working with pediatric and adult patients in high-volume settingsKnowledge of additional minor procedures and patient educationPrevious experience with EPIC with modified trainingPreferred Education and Experience:Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least 12 months of urgent care or family medicine experienceRecent graduates are not considered for this roleOther Requirements:Must be willing to work at multiple locations within a 65-mile radiusCertification in relevant procedures and ongoing education as requiredWillingness to undergo clinic-specific training and EMR onboarding before start dateNo call requirements; minimal travel involved for support at different sitesWe invite motivated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing exceptional patient care to apply today.
