The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.*Duties** Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that work is performed according to project specifications.* Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.* Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing contracts to prevent cost overruns.* Review schematics and plans to ensure accuracy in execution and adherence to design specifications.* Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.* Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.*Requirements** Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures.* Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Bluebeam, or ProCore is preferred.* Familiarity with budgeting practices and contract management is essential.* Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams on-site.* Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical assessments is a plus but not required. xijylhu Join our team as a Construction Superintendent where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: On the road
