Acting as the project's point person, the Project Manager steers the project forward while managing all aspects of project execution.*Key Responsibilities:** Strong ability to prepare, develop, and finalize project estimates from concept to completion using *hard bid and design-build estimating*.* Involves trade partners and vendors in the estimating process, understands *unit prices*, and has thorough knowledge of overall trade scope and pricing.* Develops and inputs project budgets for *cost tracking* and *forecasting*.
