The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of Arkansas, carry a strong background in commercial and light industrial electrical work, and demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship, safety awareness, and professionalism. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical systems while working closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades.*Minimum Requirements** *Current Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License* (required).* *5+ years of electrical field experience*, with emphasis on commercial and/or light industrial work.* *Valid driver's license* and reliable transportation.* *Ability to provide at least 3 confirmed professional references*.* *Demonstrated work history* with documented responsibilities, achievements, and project values.* *Proficiency with computers*, including basic applications (email, documentation, work order systems, etc.).* *Up-to-date knowledge of the NEC and Arkansas electrical codes*, including ongoing Continuing Education compliance.* *Strong conduit bending skills* (EMT, RMC, GRC, PVC-coated, etc.).* Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications.* Must be capable of lifting, climbing, working at heights, and performing physical labor as needed.* *OSHA 10 ** *Operate equipment.* (Mini X, Backhoe, Skid steer.
