The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment and labor law, as well as experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves providing support and guidance to clients in their job search efforts, facilitating workforce development, and promoting inclusive employment practices.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' skills, interests, and barriers to employment.* Provide individualized job coaching and mentoring to clients throughout the job search process.* Develop and implement training programs that enhance clients' employability skills.* Collaborate with community organizations to create job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.* Facilitate workshops on interviewing techniques, resume writing, and job readiness.* Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies.* Stay informed about employment trends, labor laws, and resources available for individuals with disabilities.* Advocate for clients' needs within the workplace and assist employers in creating inclusive environments.*Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
