A candidate's qualifications include an ability to effectively communicate with clients, manage cases, craft case strategies, draft motions, and capably represent clients at court hearings including arraignments, preliminary hearings, and trials.Dempsey Roberts encourages a healthy work-life balance. This attorney's position has reasonable billing requirements, includes paid holidays and time off, and does not involve regular weekend work.
