We're hiring a *Warehouse & Materials Manager* to run warehouse + materials flow like a production operation "” not a stockroom. This role owns *inventory accuracy, material staging, receiving/shipping execution, SOPs, KPIs, and team leadership*. If you don't like structure, accountability, and fixing broken processes, don't apply.*What you'll own (non-negotiable)** *Inventory accuracy*: cycle counts, root-cause fixes, discrepancies eliminated (not "explained").* *Material flow / throughput*: receiving → put-away → staging → production pulls → finished goods → shipping.* *SOPs + standards*: build them, train them, enforce them.* *KPIs*: inventory accuracy %, pick/ship accuracy, on-time shipments, dock-to-stock time, stockouts, slow movers, rework/returns tied to warehouse errors.* *Team leadership*: manage and develop leads/associates; set expectations; coach; hold the line.*Day-to-day responsibilities** Run daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, picking/packing, shipping.* Implement/maintain *location control* (bin system), min/max, reorder points, and clean transaction discipline.* Coordinate production and purchasing so materials are staged correctly and shortages are visible early.* Drive safety: 5S, aisle discipline, forklift safety, OSHA basics, proper storage/handling.* Improve systems continuously: WMS usage (or structured equivalents), standardized checklists, training plans.*What we're looking for** *5+ years* in warehouse/materials leadership in manufacturing *(metal fabrication is a plus).** Proven record of improving *inventory accuracy* and *warehouse performance metrics*.* *Comfortable *leading people and delegating to team leads (you can run the floor without babysitting).* being comfortable delegating tasks to team leads.* Strong organizational and communication skills; you can build systems and get buy-in. xijylhu * Forklift, experience/certification is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offEducation:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* Manufacturing: 6 years (Required)Work Location: In person
