If you are looking for a firm that values precision, professional growth, and work-life balance, we want to meet you!*What You Will Do (Your Mission): *You will be the engine behind our estate planning process, ensuring every client's goals are met with care and excellence.* *Craft the Blueprint:* Draft complex estate planning portfolios, including Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives using *Wealth Counsel*.* *Secure the Legacy:* Assist clients with trust funding, including preparing deeds and filing them efficiently via Simplifile.* *Be the Face of the Firm:* Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. You'll handle intakes, answer questions, schedule signings, and conduct witness meetings with professionalism and empathy.* *Guide the Process:* Support probate filings and trust administration matters, helping navigate the legal landscape with ease.*Who You Are** *The Expert:* You have a minimum of *5 years of experience* specializing in Estate Planning and Probate.* *The Tech-Savvy Pro:* You are a master of *Wealth Counsel* software and have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office systems.* *The Organizer:* You have impeccable attention to detail"”names, dates, and nuances matter to you.
