The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.*About ShurGreen *ShurGreen is an organic material recycling company. We combine deep industry expertise with expansive facilities and a wholly owned fleet of company over-the-road trucks and trailers. We serve customers in the food, beverage, liquid sludge, and packaging industries. We are located in Ansonia, OH.*Qualifications ** Minimum of 2 years' industry experience* High School Diploma or GED* Speak English* Strong leadership skills* Verbal skills* Ability to organize, analyze, and troubleshoot problems*Responsibilities ** Oversee and manage the fleet of company trucks and trailers* Troubleshoot system issues with diagnostic programs and other techniques* Diagnose, repair, and replace components and/or damaged parts* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, trucks, and trailers* Adheres to strict safe work practices to comply with all Company, DOT, and OSHA regulations* Ensure completed work meets federal and state codes/regulations* Work collaboratively with other Technicians to evaluate and repair equipment* Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supervisor*Position** Full-time salaried* Available when needed for emergencies*Compensation & xijylhu Benefits ** Salaried* Pay commersurate to experience* Performance-based bonuses - TBD* Healthcare reimbursement* Up to 2 weeks of paid vacation* 3% matching 401K retirement accountJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planAbility to Relocate:* Ansonia, OH 45303: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
