We are committed to empowering medically fragile children to thrive in their homes, schools, and communities.Nurse Responsibilities:Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersAccurately monitor and track clients' overall health and medical history during every visitTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasksVerify clients are taking the correct dosages of medicationsHelp clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercisesProvide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as neededLicensed Practical Nurse (RN) Requirements:Bachelor's degree in nursingExperienced pediatric nurse with strong skills in tube feedings and wound care xijylhu Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.1+ year nursing experience preferredCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationCurrent RN or LPN license in the state of GeorgiaAccess to reliable transportationAbility to work independently and with directionsWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededExceptional customer service skillsCompassionate and friendly demeanor
