We serve a diverse client base in the commercial, government, and industrial sectors. We're seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance / HVAC Mechanic to join our team.Position SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance / HVAC Mechanic will provide maintenance and repair operations for HVAC systems and facility infrastructure. This role requires strong technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities· *Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, and Water Source Heat Pumps.*· *Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution.*· *Maintain plumbing, lighting, building envelope, and general facilities systems.*· *Monitor and report on system performance and recommend improvements.*· *Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.*· *Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and work orders..*· *Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation as required.*Qualifications· *3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and commercial facility maintenance experience preferred.*· *EPA Universal Certification required.*· *Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.*· *Strong understanding of building mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).*· *Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.*· *Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.*· *Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable).*Preferred Qualifications· *HVAC Journeyman or equivalent licensing/certification.*· *Experience with government or commercial contracts.*· *Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). xijylhu *Benefits· *Competitive hourly pay*· *Health, dental, and vision insurance*· *401(k) with company match*· *Paid time off and holidays*· *Company vehicle and tools (if applicable)*· *Training and advancement opportunities*How to ApplyApply directly through Indeed.
