We are expanding our plumbing services and are seeking a *licensed Arkansas Master Plumber* to serve as our *Responsible Master Plumber (RMP)* while working full-time as a *service plumber running calls*.This is a *hands-on field role*, not an office or management position.Responsibilities* Run residential plumbing service calls (repairs, drains, water heaters, etc.)* Serve as Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) for the company* Ensure all plumbing work meets Arkansas code and permitting requirements* Communicate professionally with customers and office staff* Maintain company standards for quality and customer serviceQualifications* *Active Arkansas Master Plumber License (required)** Residential service plumbing experience* Knowledge of Arkansas plumbing code* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Reliable, professional, and xijylhu customer-focusedCompensation* *Hourly pay: $26-$32 per hour (based on experience)** *Commission: Up to 10% on completed service work** Company service vehicleJob Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearLicense/Certification:* Arkansas Master Plumbing License (Required)Work Location: In person
