Shift hours areJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing facility team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in industrial settings, with strong expertise in electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position requires a thorough understanding of electrical safety, codes, and regulations in the state of Tennessee.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery, motors, and control systems.Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures, and promote a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing production and machinery operation.Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production delays.Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing systems.Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and technology.Qualifications:Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and power distribution systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical systems and equipment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions (standing, bending, climbing ladders, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated systems.Familiarity with industrial control systems and SCADA software.Additional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specialized electrical training are a plus.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay of $28 - $31/hr based on experience and qualifications.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off (PTO) and holidays. xijylhu Ongoing training and development opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and proof of electrical licensure to Work Location: In person
